I am looking for help to get a monthly story contest going and am sending out a call to everyone for their help and input. Please show your love for the site and help us starting something new.

great ideas everyone. as far as prizes, any prize that has monetary value needs to come from holly or lucy, so we need to get their input on this. im sure if the mods and admins put their heads together we can get a few prize ideas. So mods..the call goes out to you. If you have any idea as to how we can award prizes please PM me.

I do like the the idea of basing a story on a picture.

My only suggestion would be that the contest submissions are 3 weeks a month and voting the other week. That gives authors plenty of time to write and submit and me plenty of time to review and validate stories. As soon as all the details are hammered out I will make annoucements. I am working hard to get this under way properly and that may take some time so please bare with me.

I would like to suggest continuing story contests solely for recognition right now since we are still in the planning stages of getting a regular up. Let me know what you think and if the feedback is positive ill make place an annoucement on the front page by friday the 11th, that gives everyone a week to make their voice heard and for me to address any concerns that might arise.

Help has come to us from two unlikely sources. 

Holly has informed the site staff that she has struck a deal with two "mystery benefactors" who have generously offered to match any and all donations dollar for dollar.  For example, if a member donates $20, each of our new benefactors will also donate $20, or whatever amount is donated.  If someone donates $500, our benefactors will donate $500, and so on and so on until we reach our $5000 goal.  The benefactor is well-known in the adult entertainment industry and the other benefactor wishes to remain anonymous but each will receive a full paid membership package in return.

 The benefactors are challenging all members who love this site to pitch in and give a little.  It's a win/win situation.  For every dollar you donate, 2 dollars will be donated to match it.  So let's get things going!  We're still accepting donations via the Paypal link below.

We now have a Paypal Business Account set up to take donations! All donations will be completely discreet, appearing simply as "Paypal Donation" on your bank statements.  We'll be setting up a PO Box in the next few days for checks and money orders.  Also, if there are those who prefer wiring donations via Western Union, Moneygram, etc., we're looking into doing that as well.

The donations will go to rebuilding many things, but the highlights are as follows (as per Holly):

*Moving everything to a single dedicated server with 2TB of disk space and 4GB of bandwidth.  This will allow for more pic posting and even the posting of videos, provided you aren't uploading BluRay rips.

*Streamlining administrative functions to a single location.

*Updating the website interface to a more interactive environment, allowing for the use of flash-based menus.

*An honest-to-goodness Age Verification System that will prevent underaged individuals from accessing the site.  This will most likely be tied in with a new billing system.

*A new automated billing system (such as CCBill) that doesn't require an administrator to manually update accounts.

*More stable chatroom environment, better story archive system, and the ability to post your own videos.

*HD webcam shows and exclusive content that the existing code does not easily allow.
